DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST QUESTIONS
*We offer free standard domestic shipping for orders totaling $19.99 USD and above.
If your order total falls below that dollar amount or you choose a faster shipping option then we figure the actual shipping cost and add $1.50 for the packaging needed to mail the items out, as well as the handling charges.
ex: 1 lb. total weight with USPS Priority Mail shipping chosen to an address within the U. S. would cost $4.95 (shipping) + $1.50 (handling) totaling $6.45 for shipping.
At checkout there is a shipping cost estimator button that will show you the total shipping charges you can expect to pay before you commit to pay for your order.
We ship every package using delivery confirmation, so both the customer as well as us can see where the package is at, at any given time. We will be happy to give you the tracking number for your package upon request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST QUESTIONS
We ship all of our international packages using the United States Postal Service International 1st Class mail.
We figure our actual shipping cost and add $1.50 for the packaging needed to mail the items out, as well as the handling charges.
ex: 1 lb. total weight with USPS 1st Class International Mail chosen to an address out of the U. S. would cost $8.95 + $1.50 totaling $10.45 for shipping.

SHIPPING TIME QUESTIONS
We use the United States Post Office for all of our shipping here at www.mydressuptrunk.com .
We ship the orders out 24-48 hours after the payment clears 99% of the time.
The following is a breakdown of average arrival times for each of the shipping services that we offer.

Standard Shipping (1st Class Mail) 3-6 business days to arrive
Priority Mail Shipping 2-3 business days to arrive
Express Mail shipping 1-2 business days to arrive
International Shipping Service
1st Class International Mail 2-4 weeks to arrive
Please remember that the above shipping times are average shipping times. The domestic shipping times above should be very close to the actual time needed for your package to arrive.
International shipping times are another story. Shipping to most countries only takes between 5-10 business days but in some cases it can take longer. The customs proccess, once the package reaches the foreign country, is usually the main source of delays. It can take any where from hours to weeks to clear customs, depending on the country. If your international package takes longer than 3 weeks for arrival, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to locate your package and see what the delay is.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Credit Cards.
For Local Pickup orders we also accept cash and checks at the time you pick up your order.
We understand that because you can't try on the items before you purchase them that in some cases there will be a need to exchange them for a different size. We are happy to do this for you. Just contact us either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at (801) 864-5637 Monday - Saturday, between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Mountain Time, and let us know that you need to make an exchange and we will give you the information you need to do that.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the shipping back to us and we will pick up the tab on the shipping back to you.
We strive to make sure that all of our customers experiences with us are positive ones. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us and let us know what issue you are having is and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If returning the items is the end result, then we will refund the customers full purchase price and original shipping, as soon as we recieve the items back. Therefore the only cost you will incur is the return shipping to us.
